1. Nature of This Platform
Lease Link Listings is a commercial vehicle and equipment listings platform. Its purpose is to connect buyers, private sellers, and dealers of commercial vehicles and equipment, and to facilitate access to commercial financing through Lease Link Canada Corp.
Lease Link Listings is a marketing platform only. It is not a dealer, agent, broker, auctioneer, or party to any transaction involving any listed item.
2. We Are Not a Party to Any Sale
Lease Link Listings does not own, hold, possess, warranty, guarantee, inspect, appraise, or insure any vehicle or equipment listed on this platform.
We do not:
Set or influence the price of any listing
Negotiate on behalf of any buyer, seller, or dealer
Take any commission, fee, or financial interest in any sale, purchase, or transfer of any listed item
Make any representations about the condition, title, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any listing
All transactions are exclusively between the buyer and the seller or dealer. Lease Link Listings is not responsible for any aspect of those transactions.
3. Commercial Use Only
This platform and all services offered through it are intended exclusively for commercial and business purposes. We do not provide consumer credit, personal vehicle financing, or services to individuals acting in a personal or consumer capacity.
By using this platform, you represent that you are acting in a commercial or business capacity.
4. Lease Link Canada: Financing Services
Lease Link Canada Corp. is a commercial finance broker and intermediary only. It does not lend money, extend credit, make lending decisions, or fund transactions. All financing products are offered, approved, and funded solely by independent third-party lenders.
Submission of a financing inquiry through this platform does not constitute an offer, approval, commitment, or guarantee of financing. All financing is subject to lender approval, documentation, and final credit review.
Lease Link Canada has no authority to bind any lender or make representations on behalf of any lender.

5. Dealer and Vendor Listings
Dealers and vendors whose inventory is displayed on this platform have either registered as partners or authorized the display of their publicly available listings. By providing authorization to display content on this platform, dealers and vendors represent that they have the right to list such inventory and that all listing information is accurate and not misleading.
Lease Link Listings is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any dealer or vendor listing.
6. Private Seller Listings
Private sellers who upload their own listings to this platform represent and warrant that:
They are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the listed item
All listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading
The listed item is free of undisclosed encumbrances, liens, or legal restrictions
They have the right to sell or transfer the listed item
Lease Link Listings reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use this platform to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
List stolen, encumbered, or illegally obtained vehicles or equipment
Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without written permission
Violate any applicable law or regulation
