1. Nature of This Platform

Lease Link Listings is a commercial vehicle and equipment listings platform. Its purpose is to connect buyers, private sellers, and dealers of commercial vehicles and equipment, and to facilitate access to commercial financing through Lease Link Canada Corp.

Lease Link Listings is a marketing platform only. It is not a dealer, auctioneer, or a broker or agent of any vehicle or equipment, and it is not a party to any sale, purchase, or transfer of any listed item. Lease Link Listings is operated by Lease Link Canada Corp., a commercial finance broker whose financing services are described in Section 4.

2. We Are Not a Party to Any Sale

Lease Link Listings does not own, hold, possess, warranty, guarantee, inspect, appraise, or insure any vehicle or equipment listed on this platform.

We do not:

• Set or influence the price of any listing

• Negotiate on behalf of any buyer, seller, or dealer

• Take any commission, fee, or financial interest in any sale, purchase, or transfer of any listed item

• Make any representations about the condition, title, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any listing

All transactions are exclusively between the buyer and the seller or dealer. Lease Link Listings is not responsible for any aspect of those transactions.

3. Commercial Use Only

This platform and all services offered through it are intended exclusively for commercial and business purposes. We do not provide consumer credit, personal vehicle financing, or services to individuals acting in a personal or consumer capacity.

By using this platform, you represent that you are acting in a commercial or business capacity.

4. Lease Link Canada: Financing Services

Lease Link Canada Corp. is a commercial finance broker and intermediary only. It does not lend money, extend credit, make lending decisions, or fund transactions. All financing products are offered, approved, and funded solely by independent third-party lenders.

Submission of a financing inquiry through this platform does not constitute an offer, approval, commitment, or guarantee of financing. All financing is subject to lender approval, documentation, and final credit review.

Financing through Lease Link Canada is entirely optional. Buyers are free to obtain financing from any lender of their choice or to pay by any other means. No seller, dealer, or vendor may require a buyer to use Lease Link Canada as a condition of any sale, and no listing is conditional on financing through Lease Link Canada.

Where financing arranged by Lease Link Canada is funded, Lease Link Canada may receive compensation from the lender. Lease Link Canada receives no commission, fee, or other compensation from the sale of any listed item, and any such lender compensation does not affect the price of any listed item.

Lease Link Canada has no authority to bind any lender or make representations on behalf of any lender.

5. Dealer and Vendor Listings

Dealers and vendors whose inventory is displayed on this platform have either registered as partners or authorized the display of their publicly available listings. By providing authorization to display content on this platform, dealers and vendors represent that they have the right to list such inventory and that all listing information is accurate and not misleading.

Lease Link Listings is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any dealer or vendor listing.

6. Private Seller Listings

Private sellers who upload their own listings to this platform represent and warrant that:

• They are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the listed item

• All listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading

• The listed item is free of undisclosed encumbrances, liens, or legal restrictions

• They have the right to sell or transfer the listed item

Lease Link Listings reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.

By submitting or authorizing the display of any listing content, including descriptions, photographs, and pricing, you grant Lease Link Listings a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content on this platform and in related marketing for as long as the listing is active. You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you submit, including all photographs.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use this platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings

• List stolen, encumbered, or illegally obtained vehicles or equipment

• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users

• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without written permission

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Reporting a Listing: If you believe a listing is fraudulent, inaccurate, or infringes your rights, including copyright in any photograph, contact us at listings@leaselink.ca with the listing link and a description of the concern. We will review all reports and may remove or suspend any listing or account at our discretion.

9. Accuracy of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure listings are displayed accurately, we make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing or information on this platform. All users are responsible for independently verifying any information before entering into a transaction.

Buyer Caution: Before purchasing any vehicle or equipment, buyers should inspect the item in person or through a qualified third party, conduct a lien search through the applicable provincial personal property registry, confirm the identity of the seller, and never send deposits or payments to an unverified party. Lease Link Listings does not verify ownership, title, liens, or the identity of any seller.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, except listing content supplied by users, dealers, and vendors, is the property of Lease Link Canada Corp., Credicor Financial Corp., any affiliated companies, or their licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, redistributed, reproduced, or published without express written permission.

11. Exclusion of Warranties

LEASE LINK LISTINGS, LEASE LINK CANADA CORP., CREDICOR FINANCIAL CORP., AND ANY AFFILIATED COMPANIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE ADEQUACY, ACCURACY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS WEBSITE, ANY LISTING, OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER STATUTORY, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEASE LINK LISTINGS, LEASE LINK CANADA CORP., CREDICOR FINANCIAL CORP., AND ANY AFFILIATED COMPANIES, INCLUDING THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THIS PLATFORM, ANY LISTING, OR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM INACCURATE LISTINGS, FAILED TRANSACTIONS, OR DISPUTES BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS.

IN ANY EVENT, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LEASE LINK LISTINGS, LEASE LINK CANADA CORP., CREDICOR FINANCIAL CORP., AND ANY AFFILIATED COMPANIES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 CAD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lease Link Listings, Lease Link Canada Corp., Credicor Financial Corp., and any affiliated companies from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this platform, your listings, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Geographic Restrictions

This platform is intended for use by businesses operating in Canada. Accessing this website from outside Canada is at your own risk.

15. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia in any action related to these Terms.
